This is the third and the last part of my series Before the Curfew, which aims to show that despite the ongoing war, life in Ukraine continues. These photos capture Kharkiv—Ukraine’s second-largest city and one of the hardest-hit by the war due to its proximity to the Russian border. Unlike Lviv or Kyiv, Kharkiv carries a weight that’s hard to ignore, but even here, resilience shines through.
Kharkiv, ~100 km from the frontline.
